August Newsletter 2015

Coming up at The Shed

Three fantastic events:

1. Sunday 9 August, 2-5pm – Masterclass with Remy – Using yogic breathwork to integrate mind and body – $50
Join Remy for this special Masterclass, which delves deeper into the energetics of your yoga practice, and how to use the mind to create a healthier, more integrated life.

Yogic breathwork can help us make subtle shifts in the way we experience our own minds and bodies, along with how we experience our environment. These small changes in perception can, if practiced daily, lead to extraordinary changes in well being.

3. Sunday 20 Sept. – Yoga, a Lifelong Companion with Eve Gryzbowski, 2 sessions: 10-12:30pm & 1:30-4pm – $90 for both or one for $55

A day workshop to explore what practices to do at various stages of your life.

Yoga is the most amazing treasure chest of practices, resources and just downright enjoyment – enough riches to last a lifetime.

The practices you do now both support and prepare you for the yoga you do in the future. That is, the yoga you do in early stages can give you a strong platform to stand on in later stages.
