FREE Meditation Class
at The Yoga Shed
11.30am-12.30pm Saturday 17th December
(No need to book – just arrive 10 minutes early)
We invite you to experience the unique benefits of meditation this Saturday morning.
The Heartfulness meditation method enables you to explore meditation more deeply. It allows you to experience the benefits that come from practising the last four steps of Patanjali’s Ashtanga Yoga – Prathyahara, Dharana, Dhyana (meditation) and Samadhi.
Heartfulness meditation is designed for that purpose, and provides you with a simple, practical way to nurture and rejuvenate your inner essence. It assists you to expand your consciousness awareness so as to go deeper within yourself. By tuning in to your heart, through meditation with the aid of Yogic Transmission(heartfelt energy), you will discover how to be centred in your higher Self.
Heartfulness meditation is simply taking the time every day to tune into that internal presence.
