- Learn and practice gentle movements to relax your body and prepare for meditation
- Learn and practice a range of breathing tools to calm your mind and prepare for meditation
- Learn and explore a range of different kinds of meditation to suit your own individual needs and preferences (one size does not fit all)
Develop your own personal meditation practice that suits you so you can apply it to your daily life.
COST: $75 for the course ($65 for Yoga Shed members)
Class teacher ~ Michelle
Michelle has practiced yoga and meditation for many years and believes they are indeed tools for wellbeing, balance and transformations. She believes that yoga and meditation is ancient wisdom for modern times.
Michelle has studied yoga and meditation in various traditions and completed a 200 hour teacher training with Rachel Nokes and Nikola Ellis in the Krishnamachararya tradition; which links breath and movement together to still the mind. She believes there is a form of meditation to suit every individual and hopes to guide you into finding the meditation to suit you and establish your own unique meditation practice far beyond this course.
