In this class you will soften into poses in order to hold them for longer (3-5 minutes) so that the goodness of the pose can travel deep into your body and mind. Yin yoga is challenging and different; it works deep into your joints and tissues, leaving you with an amazing feeling afterwards. There’s no better way to get ready for the weekend! This class is great for everyone, and especially suitable for people with back and joint issues.
