A gentle to moderately strong practice (depends how you want to work) that will help you to delve a little deeper into the practices of Yoga. The class offers a combination of breath work “pranayama”, refining physical posture “Asana”, as well as developing the capacity to retain the benefits of the experience “Dharana Shakti”.
