A Beginners Hatha Yoga Course

If you have been thinking about beginning or even changing your exercise regime, or you need to de-stress, consider YOGA as a gentle way to address these issues.

Yoga is a tried and true form of exercise that benefits the mind, body and spirit. It teaches us to balance our energies, and provides tension release through Asanas (postures), breathing techniques (pranayama), relaxation and meditation.

The benefits of a regular practice are:

~Increased flexibility and strength.

~Greater ease and comfort in your body.

~Ability to reduce stress and tension.

~An increased sense of self awareness.

~Circulation, digestion and respiration are improved.

I know this feeling. I know how it is to have more and more intense gut feeling that you were made for greatness, not for working to make someone else’s dreams come true.

I have had this feeling that there is more to life for years. I started to explore various spiritual tools for self-development at the end of my studies. I studied Reiki, I regularly went to Sufi meditation classes. I did a diploma in Matrix Energetics. I graduated from NLP and Hypnosis courses. All these tools made me see more clearly how incredible beings we are. We are powerful beyond measure and it is totally up to us if we decide to use our inner power to have a fulfilled life or if we decide to let our mind run useless loops of thoughts that make us either regret the past or worry about the future. The choice is always ours.

On 12th May I would like to invite you to the journey of shifting your energy from fear to love.
