YOGA SHED 2018 WORKSHOPS
Beginner’s Yoga – 8 week courses.
An eight week course to introduce you to yoga if you are new, kick start your practice if you’ve been away from yoga for a while, or just work on the fundamentals of your practice if you are an established practitioner.
Yoga exercises mind, body and spirit to balance energies and provide tension release. A regular practice will increase flexibility and strength, provide greater ease and comfort in your body, reduce stress and tension, increase self awareness, aid circulation, digestion and respiration and give an overall sense of wellbeing.
Starting 8th February – Thurs. 5:30pm – 6:45pm running for 8 weeks.

Meditation and Mindfulness 5 week course.
- What is meditation?
- What are the benefits for you?
- Learn and practice gentle movements to relax your body and prepare for meditation
- Learn and practice a range of breathing tools to calm your mind and prepare for meditation
- Learn and explore a range of different kinds of meditation to suit your own individual needs and preferences (one size does not fit all)
Develop your own personal meditation practice that suits you so you can apply it to your daily life.
MONDAYS 4.15 – 5.15pm for 5 weeks
5th March, 12th March, 19th March, 26th March, 2nd April
COST: $75 for the course ($65 for Yoga Shed members)
Class teacher ~ Michelle
Michelle has practiced yoga and meditation for many years and believes they are indeed tools for wellbeing, balance and transformations. She believes that yoga and meditation is ancient wisdom for modern times.
Michelle has studied yoga and meditation in various traditions and completed a 200 hour teacher training with Rachel Nokes and Nikola Ellis in the Krishnamachararya tradition; which links breath and movement together to still the mind. She believes there is a form of meditation to suit every individual and hopes to guide you into finding the meditation to suit you and establish your own unique meditation practice far beyond this curse.
