February Newsletter 2015

Hi everyone

We’re well into February already! The month of love. I hope you all had a lovely Valentine’s weekend. I can feel the turn towards Autumn, just around the corner. The Shed has been very busy since the beginning of the year, lots of you wanting to kick start your intention for improved health and well being with the new year. Well done all of you! It’s easy to drift away from these intentions as we establish our routine once work and school go back. If you do find yourself drifting away from your good intentions, most importantly don’t beat yourself up. Just return to your intention peacefully and see what the next step is. Just the next step, don’t worry about the long road ahead. When you align your actions with your intention, you will be carried along. If you get into conflict, you’re just going to make yourself miserable and not get anywhere.

There are a couple of events and courses coming up to inspire you:

Unravel Your Knots

Sunday 1 March, 10-2pm at The Shed

Do you want to clear your personal issues in the search for spiritual transformation and inner truth?

This workshop, first of the three workshop series, with Master transpersonal psychologist John James incorporates sandplay and energetic processing to challenge and remove those blocks that are preventing you from being who you really are. We’ll finish off with some deep relaxation and self enquiry for integration. For full details please view our website.

$75 per session or book the series of three for $175, email Catherine at Leumeah76@bigpond.com to enquire or book.

Discovering Surya Namaskara (Salute to the Sun)

With Tony – Tuesdays 7-8:30pm, 3 March to 7 April

An opportunity to really discover Surya Namaskara or Salute to the Sun. This fast moving staple of yoga is often hard to learn fully in a drop in class. This course will give you a much deeper perspective and understanding of the sequence and it’s intention and benefits. Full information here.

$80 for six week course, email theresa@theyogashedrichmond.com to enquire or book.

Hope to see you at The Shed soon. If you have any suggestions, questions or feedback we’d be very happy to hear from you on theresa@theyogashedrichmond.com.

with love and light
